It was in an interview that the diva let out her secret when she revealed that she applies cucumber juice on her face to keep her beauty intact. Here’s a look at how you can use this vegetable loaded antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties to stimulate and repair skin your cells.
Cucumber is considered to be a natural coolant since it has cooling and soothing effect on the skin. All you need to do grate a cucumber and apply the juice daily on the skin, just wash it off with plain water after 15 minutes. If you have swollen eyes, try using cucumber to reduce swelling and soothe the eyes. Just place slices of cucumber over closed eyes and let them be for ten minutes, now remove the slices and you will notice fresh eyes, quite instantly. The wonder vegetable promotes hair growth if one adds the juice of one cucumber to the juice of carrot, lettuce and spinach, and drinks it. Well, that’s because of the amount of vitamin A and C present in the vegetable along with silica.
