Bulgar wheat, which is commonly known as daila in India, is another excellent breakfast item. Many might not know, but daila is widely used to prepare traditional cuisines in Middle Eastern countries. Dalia is made by milling whole raw wheat grains coarsely. It is not only tasty and quick to prepare but also very nutritious. The whole grain is packed with folate, vitamin B6, niacin, copper, manganese, magnesium and iron.
